Seeking service plumber with minimum 7 years of experience, must be knowledgeable in all phases of new construction and service work. Valid drivers license and own hand tools a must, will pay millage if you choose to use your own vehicle.
Pay will be determined depending on experience. Also commission bonus for all sales and up sales. This will be an on call position, this does not mean you will be working every night and weekend, we try to schedule work however for emergency situations we do get some night and weekend calls.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) As a TEAM LEADER:
Installation of gate valve, ball valve using bolt type plunges.
Principal responsibility is to monitor staff under my supervision. Read blueprints and project plans by comparing the new proposed design against the old existing designs, especially for renovations. Estimate and request materials to be used by the project. Mobilize the staff by taking them to the site. Withdraw requested materials from the warehouse and bring it to the site using the automobile duly assigned to me for project use. Layout the project by giving orders to the team mates on their respective tasks for the project. Submit progress reports daily, weekly and final accomplishments to the office.
2) Responsible for piping installation. Working such as:
Plumbing works sewer waste vents and water line hot & cold tempered water closet for American Zurn and wade.
Installation of standard water closet, eastern and western wall type & floor type water closet, hot & cold water line, vent line, centralized piping system and design pipe used wire.
Fire protection for main stand pipe automatic sprinkler and wet stand pipe and halon protection.
Chilled water supply and return for centralized air conditioning and support from 1′DIA to 18′DIA.
3) Fabricate the required pipe support and hanger.
4) Welding of copper pipe by using oxy-acetylene for wild brass welding rod.
5) Welding of copper pipe by using acetylene or potable gas for wild soldering lead.
6) Installation of electronic faucet with solenoid valve.
7) Installation of BI pipe, hot & cold water supply of AHU unit with humidifier control from hot water.
9) Installation of water pumps for chilled water or RO (reverse osmosis) unit.
10) Installation of all kinds of mixer.
