Maintenance Professional

Growing Baltimore based developer and property owner seeks an innovative, organized, resourceful self-starter to assist property management on a day-to-day basis. Employee will be responsible for fixing small problems, identifying larger issues and reporting them accurately to management, meeting service contractors on job sites and in Tenant space to assist and oversee work. The job will involve directly coordinating multiple projects and direct interaction with the property management, Tenants and contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Addressing Tenant concerns in a timely fashion by completely understanding the issue and coordinating the work with the necessary contractors.
• Fixing small issues in a cost effective manner.
• Occasionally acting as liaison between property manager and contractors/tenants.
• Directing and overseeing contractors on service jobs.
• Transportation of material between properties.

Qualifications:

• Background in property management, construction or building maintenance is preferred.
• Detail oriented approach and willing to be patient.
• Skilled trade experience (electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.) preferred.
• Must have own form of transportation; local travel will be required.
• High school graduate; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
