You might have to take the nut off that holds the handle assembly into the faucet body. These washers wear out all the time and replacing them will usually fix the leaking issue perfectly.

If you find that you are having a lack of hot water, then the problem is usually with the hot water heater. If you have recently replaced your water heater and you find you do not have any hot water, then you should check the thermostat on the heater itself and adjust accordingly. Almost every hot water heater available has a thermostat that you can adjust in order to get the right temperature of water for your needs. Just make sure that you don’t turn it up too high as it can result in severe burns if you are not careful.

Slow draining sinks are a nightmare for some homeowners, but they are also one of the easiest to fix. Sometimes you can simply run hot water and do a bit of plunging and your sink will work just fine. However, you might find that you will need to use a liquid drain cleaner to clear out the clog. Be extra careful with these chemicals as they can end up giving you chemical burns, and never mix them together or any reason.
